Can't wait. Even Ipswich will probably be hoping we win this one and stretch that gap. Represents another big test and the lads should be well up for this one. Leeds have got some attacking talents but I think they are a bit suspect defensively..

Both them and Southampton have kicked into gear now after sluggish starts. Expect both to be in the top 6 come May.

I’d be tempted to start McAteer if he’s fit enough and save Fatawu for Turbo Time* later in the game.

It’s going to be a nutty game and I hope we ****ing smash them. I can’t see them approaching the game with same discipline that Sunderland showed but they will have more quality up front.

Get an early goal and pick them off, I like watching us defending leads at the minute, we never look out of control.

*please tell me someone gets the ITYSL reference.

A run of only 4 games in November:

Leicester v Leeds (Friday 3rd Nov)
Boro v Leicester (Saturday 11th Nov)
Leicester v Watford (Saturday 25th Nov)
Sheff Wed v Leicester Wednesday 29th Nov)

1st game of December:

WBA v Leicester (Saturday 2nd December)

We should be playing our best available 11 through the entirety of the fixtures above bar Sheffield Wednesday as that is the only midweek game.

Perhaps we will also have some players back from injury to bolster the squad.

Can’t really sensibly predict results as this seems a bit churlish. All I can say is that we weren’t at our best yesterday for sure and will need to play better against Dirty Leeds.

Having said that I don’t think Leeds will sit in, perhaps replicating the model of the Sunderland approach?
