Kettering ****ed in all but name.

CVA entered into, an astronomic £1.2Million of debt, the youth team have been sacked off, the employed squad are all looking for a way out, no manager and rejected by their fourth choice candidate/ex-caretaker manager, £36,000 still required every month, rife infighting, a parks-level not-very-good phoenix club and now they have Rolls & Ladak.

Oh, and currently have no league to play in because the Southern Premier is rumoured to be contemplating refusing them admission which if they overcame would come with a starter 10pt deduction.

As I say, ****ed.

looks like Hinckley will be saved from the drop by Kettering and Darlington's demise

What a ****ing liberty. It's gonna be grim ooopp North next season
So those playing in these Darlington Derbies this coming season better watch their language and not call the Ref a ****ing tosser

What a lot of ****ing bollocks.

"If they are swearing like that on a main street on a Friday night they would be arrested, so what makes it acceptable at a ground?"

No they wouldn't be arrested, there's no legislation against swearing. What makes it 'unacceptable' at a ground? ****s.

Section 5 of the Public Order Act 1986, re 'language likely to cause harassment, alarm or distress'.

Which shows the law to be a **** too.

That is totally subjective and you would have to prove in a court that the language would cause harassment, alarm or distress, plenty of cases that rely on this are thrown out because there is no way the court would accept that a bit of swearing was causing quantifiable harm.

Yeah, like I said, there is no legislation against swearing

Surely for it to be thrown out, an arrest needs to be made or charges brought?

There have been several, the cops use Section 5 as an excuse to behave like ****s. It is now well established though that they can't use it to moderate somebody's language, so long as they aren't directing it at an individual with the express intent of causing harassment, alarm or distress
