We were far better than them in the second half, and they were there for the taking - but we failed to make the right changes

Two points down the shitter

He has been head and shoulders our best attacking threat for 18 months now. He's disrespected by his manager and by too many blind fans because his touch is sometimes bad or he has a brain fart.

He is danger. He is in my line up every single time.
That's like saying 'this has been my favourite genital wart for a while now'. He's a bigger threat than Daka but so am I.

He's shit most of the time. Without Vardy we are toothless.

Well, setting a goal up by fouling doesn't really count though does it.
Pre VAR no way anyone sees that as a foul. It’s a clatter of legs.

looking at it back, it’s probably a foul. But it’s not clear and obvious, so why even say that’s the rule.

There's also got to be some consideration for the fact he was after the ball and the man utd player just intended to obstruct by sitting on the ball.

Listen. He’s proven himself as a goalscorer in the premier league. When he plays, he scores. Not sure what else I can say about Nacho.
He has had one good season since he has been with us of which the vast majority of his goals were scored when playing in front of no fans. You are right he does need a run in the side and he is far better with another striker alongside him, he is clearly not in BR plans, the difference between Nacho and Vardy is the chances needed to score, it is baffling how he buries the hard ones yet struggles to hit the target when he has time to pick his spot.

When Vardy retires and we are left with Nacho to consistently score and stretch teams we will be in trouble replacing Vardy is a must because Nacho will not fill those shoes. Nacho is not going to ensure a top 6 finish each season a fit Vardy does.

I agree, the system we play we need a player that can hold the ball up and link the play, as well as run in behind to create space. Nacho cannot do that, but he can score given the chance. The reason he did so well last season is he had Vardy doing the work for him. He will score goals when in the box, but at what expense to our all round game?

Nachos has served us well. We should keep him. If we're looking to replace Vardy then he's nowhere near up to the task.....who is? We'll not get a second choice as good as him though.

Counterpoint. He scored the goals that got us in Europe last season and was one of the primary reasons we won the FA Cup. His goals per minute record is largely unmatched in the premier league and he will play his entire career at the top level of the game.

He’s a good premier league striker who has delivered goals to Leicester time and again.

And yes, he looks like a silly old sod sometimes.
