Only 13 FULL appearances though so the ratio looks a lot better when you consider that

Statistics can always be used to show any argument

If we are only counting FULL appearances then you can only count goals in FULL appearances which means its.

Waghorn 13 FULL appearances = 4 goals
Campbell 10 FULL appearances = 3 goals

My point was that there isnt much difference between the goal ratio of Waghorn and Campbell, yet one is hated and one is loved.

If anything you have helped highlight that even more...thank you :icon_roll

forget columns with appearances/goals start a column with age/who do u want to play for.
I really hope Waggy signs permanant he is already good but will improve as for DJ he can feck off

OK, I broadly agree with the second sentence. But let's do the age thing. Generally accepted wisdom is that players peak around 24-27 years old. Waghorn is 20, DJ is 28... so we should be going for DJ?

Call me old fashioned, but I'd prefer to go on ability and suitability. I'd pick an old Gary McAllister for my midfield ahead of a young Junior Lewis, any day. There weren't many complaints about former England left back Chris Powell starting ahead of a man less than half his age, future Blue Square Premier star Ryan McGivern.

But I'd play Waghorn ahead of DJ at the moment because I think he's better suited to how we're playing (plus he's got a good attitiude, which does make a difference). As far as I'm concerned it's got feck all to do with goal ratios or age or any other statto bullshit, it's about who you're going to get the best out of for Leicester City.
