After the first physical encounter with Darren Moore Hammond went into his usual hands on hips, sulking, not giving a shite mode, he wouldn't get a reserve game at almost any other team in this division. He is a waste of a shirt.

Fryatt has a footballing brain,Hammond doesn't even have a brain,he is a joke footballer...IMO

Completely agree.

Also don't forget that 10 minutes after Fryatt came on Hughes went off, I think having a right winger that actually stayed out wide made a huge difference. Even if Yeates didn't do a lot, he forced their man out with him, leaving more room in the middle for balls of the like that Jarret played. If Hughes had still been on he would have been idling in the middle of the field and his marker may have challenged Jarrett

agreed hughues needs shooting fact :icon_evil

Jarrett always runs with his head down and never looks up for the pass so I put this one down to luck and/or the noise coming off N Block putting him off and making him miss hit it. Nicely taken by Fryup though.

The more I see that, the less impressive Jarrett's pass looks. As first I thought it split the defence, but it didn't. It would have played Elvis into trouble and Hume would have been hiding behind a player. I give the majority of credit to Fryatt for maximising the pass.
After all the slagging off he had earlier in the season he deserves all the credit. Hume likes to pass the defender before he shoots, as does Hammond on occasion but Fryatt likes to go at the defender then shoots. That's why I think that a fit Fryatt in partnership with Hume is a good combination. They only time they need to change is when we need a big man up there to frighten their defenders which is what is missing. Horse has been a let down in that department.
