You need a keyboard that carries the Euro symbol.

¾ is made by holding down Alt and typing 0190 (must be done on the numeric keypad and not on the numbers across the top of the keyboard) ¾ appears as the Alt key is released.

Alt +191 is the upside-down question mark for the start of a question in Spanish. ¿Que?

Alt + 248 gives the ø in Bodø and Lillestrøm


I just keep a list of the ones that I use somewhere near the computer and refer to it when I need to.

µ (Alt + 181) is another one I have used on a 'doggy illness' forum. µg means microgram.

Don't you just do an upper case C for Celcius?
