They have freed up a huge chunk of cash with MdV and Dublin going. This will allow the new manager some room for manouevre in the loan market, good news IMO.

Obviously they have got rid of players who somebody else actually wants.

So....we are a team that can't score goals...so the answer is to sell the top scorer, not once but twice this season. I would have thought that this was route one to relegation.

I would like to think you are right Duzza, but the past evidence suggests that the board and senior management are totally inept.

I can only imagine this has been done to create some money - either to pay for the new manager, or because we're bringing someone in on loan. And if a new manager is being lined up I'm sure they'd have consulted him before allowing a player to leave.

i think that this is the case. good call

You can't ignore the fact that these are players who have seldom featured recently and people have slagged to the hilt. Damned if they do and damned if they don't.

LEE MORRIS WILL SAVE US ALL!!!!

...Maybe.:102:

He aint match fit yet. :icon_cool

I think this is bad news. I was at the match on Saturday and the attack did absolutely nothing until DeVries came on.

I hope we have someone lined up to come in because I believe Hume and Fryatt are too similar and Hammond is not a goal scorer.

Good luck to him - he took so much abuse at leicester despite giving his all in every game (admittedly, this didn't make him a good player).

At least now the temptation to hoof the ball in the air may be gone?

And Rob Kelly has cited the possibility of bringing some loans in now we've freed up some cash - might not be a bad move in my opinion.

I'm off to QPR determined to bring back 3 points!

I don't think Lee Morris actually exists. He is just a phantom name.

Casper the friendly ghost?

We have had far worse strikers than MDV - he isn't the best but we would be just worse off without him - we are going into a relegation fight with totally inadequate resources and clearly people wanting to jump ship.

Sad days for Leicester suporters

Feck I agree with you Redditch, who to go next? my money is on Maybury.
At least all the feckers who made MDV's life hell while he was here will no doubt be happy...

Well said Duzza. Thanks for the two FA cup moments of glory, all the best. Would much rather see any of Hume Fryatt Hammond and O'Grady on the pitch.
