I'd disagree, their midfield is pretty solid on paper. Drinkwater had also been very poor against them and Dyer is as 'weak' as Gallagher, so who should have played?
I <3 teh lulz
You still haven't explained why you think the midfield choice was wrong despite their performance against Ipswich.
Messi, Cruyff, Davids and Jason Jarrett.
Spion do you actually look like your avatar? Or is that only on a good day.

I will almost guarantee that the chap/lady who gets promoted is the one that is in earliest in to the office in the morning and goes home last. The person who swans in, does something brilliant, and goes home, will be castigated.
Millwall may be 17th in the table, but on form over the last six matches they are second only to Reading, having won four of them, including the last three.
Not in my experience. The person in your first example is usually the one taken advantage of and given nothing in spite of being a major asset to the company.
Just because they are there the longest doesn't make them an asset.
No it doesn't. But I speak with some bitter experience having worked very long hours for no reward in the recent past.
EDIT: and yes, I did do work that was beneficial!
