Someone who is involved in the play offs maybe?

Waiting to see if they get promoted and if so they will saty put.

Aye it is but theres still a chance we might get rid of Holoway so its not that bad.I get the feeling MM is waiting to see if someone better becomes available or he's waiting to hear back of someone

Pretty much how I see it

He had one plan (Dowie), and when that went tits up he's got no feckin' idea what to do

Makes Holloway's position completely untenable IMO - but he'll no doubt sit tight waiting for his compo, and you can hardly blame him given the utter sahmbles that this whole process has now become

Bound to be some Managerial casualties soon and i wouldn't be surprised if MM has got wind of a possible one

"Not giving Holloway his support as manager"

"Not giving himself support as chairman"

"Decision by no later than the second week in June"

Milan Mandaric - you are a ****ing shambles - pick up your belongings and piss off!!

You are very upset about this aren't you ?

That would be a really bright move, wouldn't it? You would like to see us start next season -10 points then?

Milan Mandaric clearly has even less idea how to run this football club than the last lot did. The sooner he goes the better. There is no reason to believe that the simple act of him leaving would lead to administration.

MM, the crafty bastard!!!!!!

He knows I will not renew whilst Coco the Clown is still manager. So he is going to boot him 1st week of June.

That puts me in a proper dilema, if I then renew I will lose the discount, and it's more cash in his pocket...........:102:

If I renew now, get the discount, he might then just keep IH on....

If this does happen, it will be just a repeat of last summer's antics which IMO made some okish players at the club turn to mush. No-one knows where they stand.

That applies to players, the season-ticket holders, everything.

As the decision has clearly been made, I'm surprised that he is unable to live with it :102:

Clearly not as able to cope as you and I, HF

don't hold your breathe on it Boc.

I'm amazed and upset by the insincerity of his statements on Monday. That was the time to have said this rather than the mealy-mouthed nonsense that he did come out with.

Milan is making sure he gets the right man i guess, villa didn't appoint O'neill until late on in the summer 2 years ago (though its a no brainer) I'll quite happly wait if it means he get the right man. Sure there are no guarantee that we happen granted.

Holloway has pissed him off big time. Clearly he wants him out and he wants time to think.

Let the fcuker squirm I say.

I agree - and it also make's Mandaric's position completely untenable. He clearly has no idea how to plan his business. Who would want to work for him?

This can only mean that LCFC and Ian Holoway parting company are distinctly on the agenda - which is good news for the majority of us. After the press release the other day we'd assumed he'd probably stay, but this turn of events is good. For those getting impatience with MM and making 'remarks' - just hang on. There's probably a very good reason for it, not least trying to find a suitable replacement but even perhaps avoiding or reducing the compensation to Holloway - perhaps they're all making efforts to find him another club as well.

In response to Boc above, I'm delighted MM has slept on it and realised that he's got to signal to IH that it is the end of the road. I wouldn't be suprised if Aldridge had been pressing MM to not be too hasty and consider retaining IH hence the press conference the other day, but I think MM has seen sense and realised that there is only really one course open. To find another manager.

The decision is one thing - that can easily be coped with. The way that it seems to be coming about is what really rankles - it is a complete and utter farce - something from which MM's reputation will never recover in my eyes.
