Speculation Motown's hysterical and annoying, but traditional, totally unfounded Summer 2016 rumours thread

Sounds like a good signing for that price and important to add some competition in that area. Thumbs up from me...

I see he was in ManU reserves squad back in 2008-1010 so possibly has played with Drinkwater, James and deLaet already.

Yep.

Similar height, build and style to Schmeichel which makes sense when you think about it.

He's too short to be top class but will be a very able second keeper and will relieve my panic at the prospect of Schmeichel getting injured.

Two signings would make sense for Pearson.

That injury for James couldn't have been worse timing. It's possible if he had kept himself fit he would be the one benefiting like Drinky.

Good player, James.

Kante:
"Je ne fais pas trop attention à tout ce qui se dit. Pour le moment, je suis à Leicester et je me concentre sur l’Euro."

A fairly normal statement. No doubt people will read a lot into it, but it's the first time I've seen him quoted on his situation.

For those who can't speak French, it's basically "I'm not paying too much attention to everything that's said. At the moment I'm at Leicester and I'm concentrating on the Euros."

FOXES EYE ITALY STRIKER

Leicester are following Torino striker Ciro Immobile, according to Italian newspaper La Stampa.

Immobile joined Torino on loan from Borussia Dortmund and they would like to sign him permanently.

But Leicester are looking to strengthen their squad ahead of a Champions League campaign next season, and have reportedly asked Borussia Dortmund about the striker’s availability.
