Depends on the size of any potential buy-back clause. If it's £50m, or even less, then I'd say it's good business because he would have done well for us for ManC to want him back.

Would anybody else be underwhelmed by Iheanacho?

Scrub that...it's fairer to say I had heard of him, I've just not been overly interested. Could be good.

Anyone heard if the Iheanacho deal is supposed to include a buy back clause? If so... we are arguably pissing away £25m and a lot of time nurturing the player when we could have had him on loan or better yet... looked elsewhere?????

What if we pay £25m for him to help us win the league and sell him back to them and accept it was all worth while even with the release clause. We can then piss away the proceeds from selling him on someone who always has cold hands and can sometimes head a ball. Shakey then gets sacked for putting rice cakes in place of monster munch on the menu.

Deal.

RICE CAKES!!!!

Yes, totally crap. We won the league with 9-10 players on the field every game. Incredible!

A very good defence, N'Golo cleaning up the midfield with Drinky, Mahrez the best player in the prem and vardy skinning defenders and of course the genius of CR in charge.

Okazaki did fine running around, hunting players down but he wasn't a striking threat and Ulloa was a bit part player.

Last year we had the same team without Kanté and we were awful. How do you explain that if even our backups were so good the previous year.

Bottom line is Ulloa couldn't even get in our poor team last year - championship standard striker - there's nothing wrong with that.

You have to love him just for that. Total hero when he had to fill the void left by Vardy. Just a total hero.

It was great but scoring a penalty doesn't make you worth an increase on an already good salary. If the money was coming out of your pocket perhaps you'd think differently. It's money that can be better spent elsewhere.

You undermine the credibility of the good points you sometimes make with comments like this. Every man in what was quite a small squad played their part in that magical season.

I write what I think, you take what you want and leave the rest. It's just an opinion as are everybody else's here.

The point I'm making is that the title winning team was seasons ago, last season most of those players were with us, they were ALL on good wages, they were mostly poor.

That doesn't merit an improved contract for Ulloa, who even caused strife and put down his tools, refusing to work. He is not worthy of a salary increase nor even a place in a squad that should be challenging for Europe.

My opinion.

Something which everyone fully understands and appreciates - we saw it with our own eyes, after all

Unless you are a complete and utter attention seeking cock, saying stupid things just for their pathetic effect, in which case you might have missed it

You say negative, stupid things in almost every post you make. I wouldn't dream of calling you a cock even though you fit the criteria that you state. Do you need me to quote the utter negative hate that you post AGAIN.

Not at all. If there's a buy back clause it will only be used if he is successful and then we'll make £25m or so on the deal. that's a win-win. We only fritter away £25m if he's shit which would also be the case without a buy back clause.

BBC reporting, "Ihenacho close to 25m Leicester move - http://www.bbc.com/sport/football/40525149

It is worth appreciating how unlikely this move would have been this time last year. At that point, Man City had this guy down as absolutely priceless.

We're getting him because Pep has fecked up yet another player with his nonsensical management. We are getting a terrific striker in my opinion.

Players used to go to Spurs or Liverpool to get ruined. Now they go to Man City or Arsenal.

Who would I want in my squad out of Iheanacho, Okazaki and Ulloa?

First Iheanacho
second Okazaki
not at all Ulloa.
