Leicester reportedly had a £7.5m bid rejected for the Senegal centre-back earlier in the window, and the Belgian club are reportedly demanding £13m for the 27-year-old.

That'd be a weird one I think. Helluva lot of money (and do we want a bidding war with Chelsea et al?) for a player in an arguably non-essential position... unless the Ramirez deal has fallen through, I'm putting this one in the pile marked 'unlikely'.
