I reckon he'll be a Villa player by the end of the window, as will Sturridge. They seem to be trying to assemble the Panini collection of has-beens to halt their slide out of the Premier League.

Sturridge has 4 goals and 4 assists in 13 games for Trabzonspor, unfair to put him with Pisswater, Sturridge’s body keeps letting him down

£85m fee suggests that you are the silver bullet for all of their defensive problems.

If you don't fix them then expect to be lambasted.

He knew what he was getting into, he saw the Utd of the 90s in his massive head and he made a massive mistake, now he's making them most weeks on the pitch as well.

I don't really care tbh, I always said to my dad that I found it hard to fully love Maguire as I just knew he'd **** off to an overhyped shit pit of a team.

Exactly.

Man Utd fans expected Maguire to be their VVD.

VVD has transformed Liverpool. His price looked high at the time, yes, but everyone knew they were getting a good player.

Maguire is decent but not the same standard and needs more support around him. If the rest of their defence was better, he'd look better.

We got the best of that deal and I think all of us could see it at the time; £80m was an unbelievable figure. I'd take Evans over the last 2 years, Morgan or Huth from our title season over Maguire any day.

Nigel Pearson’s Watford were 3-0 up at half time against Tranmere. They finished 3-3.

An ex Leicester trainee played against us today, Cedric Kipre, made a decent career for himself, more than most of them that leave have done

Aye, a Wigan reserve team. Congrats Cedric.
