The slab on the front could be a response to the complaints about the raised style A+L logos peeling off. More likely though is that they have been used as a stop gap for these prototypes.

Don't be fooled by that, there is no reason they couldn't have put on the same a&l logo as last year and this is by no means going to be a temp meausre. The club has one major chance to sell this shirt and that chance is between now and the start of the season, with this week proberly being the optimum time for getting pre-orders so the club know how much £££ we have to spend.

I personally quite like the shirt design but I hate the A&L thing just being plonked in the middle of the shirt. If they went back to the old A&L thing like on last seasons kit then I would proberly pre-order it today.

Look at the Weso pic. In fact its a very poor airbrush, they taken the a&l logo from last year's shirt and stuck it on.
