I’d want him to work in conjunction with others. He is the one who will (or will not) be picking them over the length of their contract. The manager should definitely have a say and an input in length of contract.

I know that most of your systems work brilliantly (such as the draws betting system), but, strangely, you made an error here, so I just wanted to correct you, that's all. His IQ is reported to be about 150, so I just thought I'd point it out.

Without knowing, I suspect Gerrard or Rooney don't score that highly, but I could be wrong, so you may be right with them.
