Talking to a P'boro fan, they only have 4 first-team strikers who Fergie is willing to play. Apparently Ferguson has probelms with 3 of them (one went on loan to Luton, Howe's half somewhere and Rendell is blacklisted - none of would be good enough for CCC anyways). McLean and Mackail-Smith have both had injury problems this pre-season so have no fitness which leaves Ben Wright, signed from Hampton and Richmond and this new untested fella from Crawley.
