You must be laughing at our shambles ~DryDal..
Strangely, given the longevity of our manager, I feel your pain. Particularly empathise given that the root cause seems to be financial problems. Hey ho, we'll just have to finish 1st and 2nd this year to set the ships straight.

Not all might be as well as you hope at your neck of the woods

That's why I used the plural. However, we have been later with monies on a few occassions this year. Something to so with Bahts.
The facts are the wages aren't late, they have been paid today which is the due date. However, the players have previously been paid a day or two early and get twitchy if the money ain't there when it usually is. Greedy twonks.

Lack of news coming out of the club, so local journos trying to stir up a story. Bet you wish you had the same problem.

Nothing happening here.....move along.

Looks like someone's been tinkering with O'Driscoll's Wiki page - it's more than likely bollocks, but you never know.

O'Driscoll has recently been linked with the now vacant Leicester City job. Foxes owner Milan Mandaric is looking for someone to continue the success of last season and believes that O'Driscoll's attractive style of football and eye for a player make him the ideal candidate. An approach has been made, with Rovers asking for £1,000,000 in compensation - a fee which Mandaric is willing to pay to get his man.

Brendan Rogers is being linked with us a little too much for my liking. If we're going down that route of managerial class we should bring Rob Kelly back.

O'Driscoll would be one of the few men batted about I'd be really happy with. Milan paying £1mil though? Are you having a laugh?

Sousa - Wouldn't be ecstatic about his appoinment, but would be OK IMO
Dowie - No way
Coleman - No way
Southgate - No way
Curbishley - Should be the number 1 target for MM, however apparently he is being linked with the Fulham job if Hodgson goes to Liverpool
Ince - No thanks
Adams - Been there, done that, got the t-shirt
Rodgers - Hardly an inspiring appointment, would make me very nervous based on his performance at Reading
Robins - Yes please
Grayson - Yes please
The Hamilton manager - Its not April 1st again is it ?!! Virtually every player or manager that has joined us from north of the border has been unsuccessful, so no thanks

What ever happens we need to get a new manager appointed as quickly as possible, ready for pre season so at least he and the players have a good amount of time to get used to each other before the season KO

Id agree with all that. :038:

I think you'll find that a lot, probably the majority, of the successful managers in our history have been Scottish.

Stop making things worse.

I wouldn't be too upset at Iain Dowie. He may not be a world beater, but he's not currently employed (no compensation to pay) and Milan seems to rate him. I think that he might be able to manage Milan too - an important point to consider with any Leicester manager!

I am really worried that we might end up with two or three managers before one hits the spot. The difference between success and failure in this league is slim,; were we to play that game again, the results could, I fear, well be the same.
