I only learned it when (I think) Macky used it (possibly in a PM actually) and I Googled it. I'm sure there were more results than that though.

When I first saw it on this site a few years back, I remember googling it and it only ever referred to this site. So I think that we should make up some more JTCP.

I can confirm that it is a talkgingballs pisstake special from the early days of the forum. Possibly as a result of somebody else complaining about esoteric acronyms, posters predictably responding with the most ridiculous acronyms that they could devise and that one, for some reason, being adopted

First time I can find it on this forum was by Innocent in April 2004:

Muzzy Izzet is a Leicester City legend and always will be, even if he moves to the dreaded Villa which I do not think will ever happen.
