He basically gets asked how he feels and says he's happy to see us doing well and praises Ranieri and says he actually takes a bit of pride in seeing us do well rather than be annoyed about it and that's basically it.

The headline and this thread title are just clickbait. It's a bit of a nothing article really. Certainly not him saying it's "his team" doing well.

No. Those articles are always the same, the journalist obviously came into the interview looking for that quote and would run the story regardless of if he got it.
