You didn't see us collapse H, they just rolled over and died. We have no fight nor desire to escape relegation

I thought so too. Never seen such a talentless bunch wear the blue shirt, and with an attitude like today wouldn't even beat the Dog and Duck.
We have blown it.

bloody hell HF, and I have learnt doom and gloom off you

You haven't been going the next home game for the last two months but you are always there and you will be there Tuesday:icon_roll

I'm going down the Pub:)

Can't wait to go to the City Ground next season.

Stearman and Jarrett were the worst of a very bad bunch today IMO.

I only go because I have a ST.

I wont bother with one next season in Div 1

As well as lacking in fitness, we also look like a kids team. Too small, too lightweight and easily muscled off the ball. On todays evidence i can't take anything positive from the game. Theres not a single player that excites me in the team, and theres not one of them that i could say that i definately want us to retain in the summer

Ian Hume - I am getting sick and tired of this Hume worshipping.

Effort = 10/10
Application = 3/10
Positioning = 2/10
Decision making = 1/10
Results = 0/10

It's becoming a ****ing joke

Agree 100%. I hope we sell him in the summer, failing that just give him away

proply been mntioned before but hume had a great chance to pull it back but shit from an impossible angel efforts there like melts said but needs to think what hes doing

I am now very worried, it looks like 50 may not be enough to stay up this year and we suddenly look in real danger and still out of form.

I agree i think the fans completely over-rate Hume.

The first 5 minutes was brilliant, passed the ball about well. Although for 90 minutes our defending was sh*t. Nissa was really really really poor as was McAuley. Jarrett was a waste of space in the middle. Weso played well, he is the only player on the pitch who deserves credit.

We cannot keep hold of Horsfield, he is past it!!

Im worried, very worried... we could go down, i think we actually need more then 3 points, id say 4-5 atleast.. Where are our points going to come from :icon_cry: :102:

Yes, but he'll score shedloads in League One. We're going to have to change our perceptions now. Elvis, Hughes, Stearman....could be a cut above in League One :icon_wink

Thought Logan was very nervous. Ditto McAuley, Kisnorbo and Johansson. They played like they were cacking themselves under a bit of pressure.

Our midfield and forward line are poor but good enough. We'd have won today but for the defence display. What we need is character at the back. We're not going to score 3's and 4's in games so we need clean sheets. That lot won't concede less than 2 a game from here on in. Put the two factors together and we're in in it deep.

NW has to find a back four with the ability to keep a couple of clean sheets. We have the following (assuming Kenton's out for the season with that hamstring): Stearman (having a shocking season and making elementary errors in every single game), Maybury (playing very poorly and liable to make a number of shocking decisions a game), McAuley (appears to be struggling badly for fitness and not mentally tough), Kisnorbo (for me, the most consistently poor player positionally and form is on the slide alarmingly), Johansson (has been solid enough this season generally but has been awful in the last few games). Apart from that, we've just got some kids who we could gamble with.

If NW can get a couple of clean sheets out of that lot, he's worthy of one hell of a bonus.

First 20 min. was ok but the defence looked vunrable everytime they attacked us. Thought the change of Horsefield for Fryatt was a bad one. It took all the mobility from the forward line away and gave them a big advantage in defence. From that point they threw everything at us and it was obvious we were going to crumble. Heads went down completely, looked like team of losing tossers. Can't see anything changing under NW now that he's failed to spark the players today.

We looked knackered and shot after 60 mins

It was the unseasonably hot weather what done it. How can the poor lambs be expected to play in that heat?

But there are 4 games to play:icon_roll

We haven't won any of the last NINE games. We have picked up ONE point in the last FIVE games. Our recent results are bad, but not neatly as bad as the way we are playing deserves. Our performances at Palace, Stike and Plymouth were shockingly bad - and now the home fans are seeing how bad we are - and they are getting restless.

Yes, and you could have said that 8 games ago, but we've got further into the shit. I want less games to play, not more!!

They died today H, they have nothing left

I must have missed the bit where they were alive!
