I was working as an English teacher in Taiwan a few years back.

There were a few ex-pats mostly Canadian teachers with a few Europeans working on the high speed railway. At a party I started talking to a red neck type looking Yank who looked like he had just been just been transplanted from the mid west.

He was a nice guy, asked me where I was from and said he had heard of Leicester as he was cousins (maybe 2nd?) with the Linekers. He had met Gary once in the US at a family gathering.

Anyone know the Linekers? and if they do indeed have a US conection?

He was shagging my brother's girlfriend's sister when he was at City. She went to Sweden with him a few times but didn't move back with him when he left. He was, of course, going back to his family...
