Article below from the Merc website, IMO doesn't sound overly convincing and wonder whether the discussion after the game on saturday involved an ultimatum

Milan Mandaric has reiterated his support for boss Ian Holloway ahead of Leicester City's crucial Championship clash in Cardiff.
In a meeting with the Foxes Trust, City's owner admitted he was so "choked" after Saturday's defeat at Coventry that he did not feel like lunching with his daughter the following day.
But Mandaric told the supporters group's annual meeting on Monday that he was behind Holloway, whose problems mounted last night when relegation rivals Preston beat leaders Stoke City.
That shock result means Preston, whose assistant manager is former City boss Rob Kelly, are now level on 37 points with City, putting huge emphasis on the match between the teams at the Walkers Stadium on Tuesday - and Saturday's trip to Ninian Park.
Mandaric told the Foxes Trust meeting, which was also attended by City's new chief executive Paul Aldridge, that he had met with Holloway following Saturday's 2-0 defeat at the Ricoh Arena.
Matt Davis, a member of the Foxes Trust board, said Mandaric spoke of his disappointment at the result, but assured fans the meeting with Holloway was to simply "talk through his concerns".
Davis said: "After the Coventry game, he said he was choked, and did not even feel like lunch with his daughter (the following day).
"He met with the manager after the Coventry game to talk through his concerns, but reiterated he won't be changing the manager regularly."
Davis said Mandaric and Aldridge also addressed a number of other issues.
These included agents' fees, season-ticket prices, the state of the Walkers Stadium pitch and the possibility of setting up a new fans' forum.
City paid out more than £1million to agents in the last six months of last year and Davis said: "Milan said the agents' fee should be no more than five per cent of the contract. He said you can't do business without agents. He would far sooner give the money to charity but knows it's part and parcel of the game.
"Paul spoke about a fans' forum, meeting every six to eight weeks with 20 to 25 people.
"There would be a different group each time and nothing would be off limits.
"He also spoke about the pitch. He said there were no problems with the surface, just the debris.
"It drops to one inch below the surface and no water gets through. It smells foul because of rotting matter."
Davis also said the Trust, which has around 700 members on a "rolling basis", would be setting up a poll to discuss season-ticket prices for next season.

as for season tickets they wold be taking the piss if they put prices up if anything there should be a reduction especially for those who have had STs for the past 3/4 years of ineptitude :icon_wink
