I remember Ince saying the same thing when he got the job and saying its because most chairman are white and middle aged (and, i spose he was implying, racist). The only black premiership manager I can remember is Tigana. In fact even as far as coaching staff go, theres that fella at Spurs whos name escapes me, but I cant think of any others.
None of that changes the fact that Ince hasnt done enough to prove hes good enough for the job, though, and the same can be said for Coleman IMO.

Gullit is a difficult one. He was OK at Chelsea and then seemed to run into the parochial fecking hajj around Shearer at Newcastle. Which seemed to spark off from telling that cnut Shearer that (rightly) he'd need to change his game after fecking his knee.
