I would love to live in a world where 1 win in 7 is entirely acceptable.

It's actually one win in eight against some very poor opposition. Any manager of a team with decent values would be under pressure after a run this bad. If Ferguson won one in eight everyone would be saying he'd lost it and needed to retire.

It would be criminal if NPs position wasn't on the line. Personally, I'd give him Tuesday night to show that he can get some fight out of the team and if we flop again, ditch him.

I just turned on the begonning of 5 live sport and the headline was, "January's Manager of the Month has been sacked".

I wasn't sure how I felt and then the story continued.

The Thai's have little to fume about. They've wasted their money in a ridiculous fashion; if that's a problem for them, it's a problem of their own making.
