With most of the Premier league teams owned by a company from outside the UK I wonder how much pressure will be put on them behind the scenes by the KSA to those who want to do business with anything the Saudi's have anything to with so that any transfers etc. go through.

SkySports is reporting that Gary Hoffman, the Premier League chairman, is on the brink of resigning following the backlash over the League’s handling of the Saudi-led takeover of Newcastle United.

He hasn’t been there that long, has he?

Utd and us are exactly the trmype of teams Watford will love playing.

The King is going to return and stab us in the heart.

Is OGS the new Craig Shakespeare? Good motivator but no actual tactical ability or nous?
Not sure OGS could be described as a good motivator to be honest.

Surely they won't want Rodgers.

You'd have to think the board at Old Trafford need to be as clueless as they look. Man U's biggest problem is that they can't defend worth a shit. Thats the very first thing a new manager would need to address.
hardly screams "Brendan" does it? We're as bad defensively as they are & have been for a very long time.
