Then at Wolves giving a ludicrous penalty to Newcastle that was probably closer to being a yellow for simulation.

Commentary said it was " a difficult one" ! well, if thats true then the error isn't clear & obvious isn't it? So give the original decision.

I’d go further. 15 seconds. Clear and obvious are two words with specific meanings and it doesn’t take long to confirm if a decision is either of those things.
