I think it's also about confidence. The number of times he took an extra touch and ended up losing the ball isn't about fitness, it looked as though he wanted to take several touches before playing the ball, shooting etc, rather than doing things first time, as though he didn't have confidence in his own ability.

I agree when the midfield so often place a pass sideways or backwards. Maybe RK needs to show them the art of running into a forward space and expecting to meet the forward pass into that space! Didn't RK promise us 'back to basic simple stuff'?

Question to those who go to the matches regularly - surely we are being exposed by having a different midfield partnership every game? The lack of cohesion has to be in some part down to this. Given the injuries we've had, we had to pay for an unsettled starting XI at some point.

By the way, I've lost track, can someone remind me what is the matter with Wesolowski at the moment? I'm presuming his nth injury of the season?

The problem is that we are not in a position to carry Fryatt. We def need a striker that is going to chase and look for the ball. I would have stuck with Hammond up front, the unbeaten run was when Fryatt was out of the team.

The other problem is that I think that RK has lost the plot. He persists with RS in the middle of the park. Surely this is a really defensive and makes for a light weight middle field with no creativity, especially when tiatto is available.
