I've looked into this.

I reckon people may have missed something. I think the artist has actually engaged in some vicious trolling that nobody seems to have noticed. Consider these images:

1) Here's how they raised it onto the plinth.
2) The high elevation made me think immediately of the Throne of Lucifer from the telly show.

I have seen that, although I struggle to believe it. Having said that, I fail to see how any sane woman would want to have a piece of Boris, so I don't think my judgement is all that.
