The problem is very simple. We've emoyed a manager and team of coaches who have refused to build on progress and instead want to start from scratch. Unfortunately, from what we've seen so far, their model is as confused as a Daily Mail reader who has just found out that asylum seekers are the natural predators of paedophiles.
