I think our true masterplan is due to be revealed soon.

1. We want Potter but can't afford to sack Rodgers and pay Brighton compensation for Potter

2. Let Chelsea take Potter first, then fire him when he doesn't have instant success

3. We then hire Potter if Rodgers doesn't turn things around, without having to pay any compensation to get him and when we'd be the perfect next job to prove himself again

Genius, really.

If Chelsea decide to take Rodgers next, makes the deal even sweeter.

I don't think we're very attractive to new managers now. Our collapse in spending together with the total shitshow they'd inherit.

Potter would be an ideal replacement for Rodgers (in my opinion). But he'd probably wait until the summer and get a better offer.

I really don't think it's catastrophising to imagine us relegated and turning to someone like Dyche to get us back up. We're in real trouble.

I think that’s largely correct.

It’s almost as likely that we’ll finish top 4 and get into the champions league

Kind of. I agree with some of it - the Potter bit.

The rest of it I'll leave on 'the street' like that white dogshit you don’t get anymore.
Ah those were the days. Albino dog shit and cuckoo spit.

He's at it again.

So in other words, I said that we'd be after a bunch of players in January fully knowing that the club won't spend anything at the moment so I'm starting the blame game already.
