Just because you can vote multiple times doesn't necessarily mean that all of your votes will be counted, it may just count the first vote from each IP address and ignore any others.

Oh and I'm quite sure the crack squad of developers they have over at lcfc.com accounted for such things.

What a big load of bollocks. I'm almost certain that the whole excercise is for show and the decision has already been made.

From that steaming pile, Id go for the blank, but why not move the '125' under the crest and a bit smaller, then we have both the blank, that suits most people, and something that commemorates 125 yrs that isn't too in your face?

Im guessing that the club want it to be blank, so have given us no choice really by giving us this pile of crap to choose from. As for a charity, I dont think we should go for that, we arnt barca and its got nowt to do with City, maybe that would be an idea for later seasons. :102:

Just my opinions. :icon_cool

I agree BBB, i prefer the blank one out of all of that shite. Although i small "125" under the crest would be nicer.

I can't wait to find out which it's going to be...

You couldn't make it up, could you ?

Good grief.....

Blank or the 125, if we must have something on the front.

Option B is definitely preferable to A and C, but its like saying Genatle Warts is preferable to Syphilis and Gonorrhea

This is serious shit Homey, the mongs have been included on an executive level decision.

For them to fail to plan,is for them to plan to fail. You mustn't underestimate the importance they are playing in our club, let them discuss.

Then stick it on a tshirt. Not on the replica shirt ffs!

It would look just daft and tacky.

I don't know why they just can't use the very first badge on a plain shirt.

I think I put that on a blue brick at the Walkers with my family name.

I like the idea of a plain shirt with a small '125' banner under the club crest or on a sleeve.

'Forever Foxes' and 'Blue Army' are just too cheesy for me. If they win I will most definitely not be buying the shirt!

My vote went for the blank design but the '125' deserves some credit.

How about having Rainbows and donating a sum of money from each shirt sold - that'd support a local charity and be a nice 125th birthday present for them to boot.

As that isn't an option I voted for 125.

They all will be terrible apart from the plain one.

This IP address business... <snip>I have just ran my IP address through a location service, and it said I was in Manchester - I'm smack bang in the middle of Leicester. There's absolutely no way they can tell if it's Leicester fans voting on this or not.

What a farce.

Theres no way to tell if its Leicester fans no, but the admins of a website have access to a great deal more info about you than just an IP address, ever wondered how those dodgy porn sites know you want to meet hot girlies from Leicester?, in exactly the same way that the club will be able to filter out anything that doesn't originate from Leicester.

Whether your on cable, BT, Talk,Talk Sky, or whoever, the bit of equipment that your modem connects to in the exchange has an IP address and a name which in most cases will include Leicester or an abbreviation of. The lists of these are freely available so all the club has to do is filter out anything that comes from anywhere else and while they'll filter out some legit fans they'll also filter out the sheep, trees and scum that want to sabotage it all.

Anyone that wants to see part of that info for themselves open up a command (DOS) prompt and type in tracert www.bbc.co.uk hit the enter key and wait for it to do its stuff. Depending on whether you've got a router at home the 2nd or 3rd line onwards will start to contain the info that identifies the exchange your connecting to.

Many of these location finding sites don't bother looking for that info they just look at the IP address and as those can be duplicated across the country frequently get it wrong.

But none of this stops my Tottenham supporting mate who lives in Leicester, voting for A, as he said he would today!

After a quick glance at the Cov forum, I was suprised at the 'childlike' insults aimed at Leicester City and its fans. are thay all that brain dead? or was it just that particular forum?

How do you feel about many of us calling them covscum? Is that child-like?

Thats what I said, it doesn't, the only way to do that is to ensure that anyone who wants to vote goes into the Walkers proves themselves gets a unique password and registers their vote useing that.

I'll allow folks to draw their own conclusions about how reliable it is in its present form.

However IMHO the club can't win regardless of what it tries, many folks, myself included, are happiest when we've got something to complain about.

Not really bothered which shirt is chosen, the 120 years celebration was the big one for me.:045:

precisely, the club are yet again fleecing fans but actually making out that theyre doing us a favour/involving us in the selection process etc

I don't know. I'd have thought the only possibilities are B and D - with D the overwhelming favourite. Both shirts are kinda classic/everlasting which takes away from future sales when the next sponsored shirt kicks in. That cuts into future sales and reduces the potential value of future sponsorship.

The club might have had difficulties lining up a decent sponsorship deal, sure, but it has some cost to the club, either now or in the future. I'd see this as a genuine attempt to please supporters given there wasn't the chance of a big money deal.

I would urge the "Chelsea Dagger" fans to vote "Forever Foxes" the two are a match made in heaven.
