So £100k, anyone think its worth selling him on for that?...

No. :icon_sad: ;)

We paid, what? £50k?? definatley not more than £150k??? Would anyone be happy to see him moved on for this value?

Wasnt why I asked, I asked to prove if we paid 50-150k for his class there is no reason why his replacment cannot be of equal value if he was to be lost.
Personally I would like him to stay going on what others rate him as, I have never seen him play tho, but only if he can be consistently fit.

What a steaming pile of horse shit. Sell our best player (at what would have to be a lot less than his true value) because he picked up an ankle knock pre-season and hasn't been given the right rehab.

Do people not remember his contributions last season.

Sell him on? I ask you.....

Totally agree.

You agree with spin? noone said anything about selling him for the same value we got him for, but this so called ankle knock we are halfway through the season almost now and he is still not fit.

No, it was suggested we sell him on for a figure we wouldn't have a hope in hell of getting. Lets be realistic folks.

I hope he does DF but they have said before he back, raring to go etc etc and come the day of the match he's not even in the Squad

I agree, on both counts. I really wanted to show people he had not been 100% fit as CL says. I hope they haven't rushed him beck again. I suspect they have as I would like to see him play some reserve team games first.

and we should get rid of the man who takes over from CL.

I'd give him 10 games to prove himself and if we've not won the Champions League, FA Cup, got promoted, achieve a turnover of £100billion and hire a hitman to kill Dennis Wise then I agree....

sack the useless turd

the question is will he remain fit if yes then he is an asset we should keep.

This is where we disagree I am sorry that I feel with our budget situation and inconsistency we need to have fit players that remain available for 90% of games.

When I have seen Hughes play he looked very good in the centre if the park. Age is the most important factor here i think, many great players suffer seasonal injury, take Lee Morris for example.

I wish somebody would!
