I must admit though that Cambiasso's nutmeg was a bit of an anti-climax after Stringer's very real climax about it on the radio.
 
I was not at the game so am reliant on those who were for information. The three players who were substituted had all been away in international duty. Did they look tired and might this have explained the poor first half performance?

All things being equal Mahrez is in IMO marginally better than Knockaert. However, might it be that Knockaert fresh is better than Mahrez tired. This may also be true of Albrighton but I have not seen enough of him to judge.
 
Mahrez was pretty shocking. It reminded me of Knockaerts performance against Shrewsbury. Gave the ball away, was careless, looked a bit disinterested. Hopefully it was down to the international break and nothing else.
 
before the subs we were lost, were not passing well or keeping possession well, cambiasso showed great confidence and started doing one two passes with team mates to build their confidence up and him and drinkwater did brilliant to help us get our goal.
 
Ulloa was absolutley knackered for the last five minutes, he'd worked his socks off, almost as much as Nuge. Hats off to NP for changing things around at half time, and and ditto to the Titanic brewery for the pre and post match beers, lovely.
