Well thank God all fans aren't like you then else we would have even poorer away followings than yesterday.

I don't see how you work that out Harbs :icon_conf it's nearly two years since I missed a game. Presumably if all fans were like me, away ends would always be packed and National Express would be the biggest company on earth.

Fairplay for going to all the games, but the reasons you gave for people not going to the Swansea game were shite.

Nothing, I'm sure you had a perfectly good reason for not going yesterday and you don't have to go to games to be a fan. I think that it is just dissapointing that a club which averages at least 20,000 at home games can't take a 1000 to an away game.

As someone has already mentioned, it's the best part of a 400 mile round-trip. Tickets may have been reasonably priced for your age group, but the majority will be adult tickets and some may think it was too much. Going by train, even on advanced tickets from Leicester would have still been probably £30+, add this to your match ticket, food, drinks etc it's not cheap a day out.

I think nearly 1000 is a decent turn out, when you think that the majority of people would have been paid early in December, and are now struggling to survive this month.

One day Harbs, you'l own your own house, have several bills to pay, and then maybe you'l just realise what it's like to live in the real world.

Oh and your comment about the recession being over is nothing short of ridiculous.

What you need to realise is most people have other expenses and other priorities. There's a very small hardcore of fans who go to games regardless of the cost to other aspects of their lives, but others make decisions based on certain factors: whether they've been to a ground before, how far they need to travel to get there, whether they're likely to get their faces kicked in by a load of scumbags while walking to the ground etc.

You are such an ignorant little boy, one day you're eyes will actually open and you will see that the majority of the adult population doesn't have access to a ****ing money tree.

I can tolerate you the majority of the time, but when you come out with shit like 'the recession is over' it just makes you look like a stupid, niave little child.

I never said the recession is more or less over, so you can take the wrong line you have in quotations out of quotations.

Money doesen't grow on a tree, I know that as my Mum has told me and brought me up to appreciate money.

I'm not a child, you sound like a child when you spell words like naive wrong.

Try actually reading and comprehending the article. It shouldn't take you too long to realise that the headline is misleading, to say the least

Most headlines tell you most of the story and thats what I thought when I read the recession headline.

Apologies, I'm not ignorant.

The comments in this thread alone prove that you are very ignorant.

Ignorant to other peoples situations, ignorent to the fact that people have many other priorities at the moment, like feeding their families, keeping them warm over the winter and all other financial burdens that go hand in hand with being an adult, something which you clearly have no experience of or little regard for.

Don't worry though Harbs, it will soon come to you to.

Didn't you?

The recession is more or less over now so that can't be used as an excuse, the tickets were cheap enough I can't see why we didn't take at least 1500.

Oh. Yes, you did.

Money doesen't grow on a tree, I know that as my Mum has told me and brought me up to appreciate money.

:icon_lol: Liking your common sense approach here Harbs.

I'm not a child, you sound like a child when you spell words like naive wrong.

:081: This is probably the best thing you've ever posted.

You don't know me so don't call me ignorant.

I didn't slag anyone off, all I said is that we should have took more than we did to an away game and you are giving me a life story, I know exactly that people are struggling to do the things you say as I live with my Mum who is experiening these problems herself. You don't know what you are talking about, trying to give me a life story.

I presume you meant, she tried to teach you, but you chose not to take any notice?
