How many managers will be willing to take on the role when they can read of the owners making signings (Chinese & South Korean in Jan)
Leicester City Manager, Paulo Sousa, is determined to put things right this week, as his side face Norwich on Tuesday at Carrow Road, followed by Scunthorpe United at home on Saturday.
The City boss was hurt after his side's 6-1 defeat at Portsmouth on Friday, but he has the belief that his players can right their wrongs.
"This kind of result has never happened to me before and I will do everything I can to make sure it never happens again. We let our supporters down on Friday night and for that I am sorry.

"As a team, we must not forget the pain we endured on Friday evening and this must be used as a motivation to ensure that we now get the results right for the fans, for ourselves and for the club.
"I am committed to a long-term project at Leicester City, but to achieve this I know we must have short-term success. I hope that the supporters will continue to help us as they have already this season. We know that we must improve and we will."
Sousa will come up against his former Borussia Dortmund teammate, Paul Lambert on Tuesday as City face Norwich. He is certain that his side can achieve a positive result at Carrow Road.
"Friday shocked me as the team were full of confidence going in to the game. We have performed well in matches against Coventry and Cardiff, and we were unlucky against QPR, whose manager said that we were the best side they had faced this season.
"But I am not the kind of person to make up excuses. Friday was one of the worst days of my life. I was both disappointed and frustrated and I have been unable to sleep this weekend with those thoughts in mind. I hope that Friday was just a bad accident and I now want to see a strong reaction from my players this week, starting at Norwich."
Very apologetic interview from Sousa - "Friday was one of the worst days of my life."

To get a work permit any Korean or Chinese signing will have to be a full international who has played a significant amount of the recent matches played by their national team, in our league these will be very good players, it's a different situation to bringing in European 'talent' that doesn't need a work permit.
I'm not worried about this sort of signing, even if it is done without consulting the coach.
I know I probably shouldn't but seems a bit cynical that Sousa has now changed his tune from unlucky and under no pressure to 'very sorry' for Friday's result
Maybe we should give him the benefit of the doubt and blame his initial reaction on being too soon after the game but I am struggling to give him that
I know I can't back this up, so feel free to disregard it, but that's absolutely not true.
Nigel Pearson did not leave of his own accord
Or maybe he's just realised what an arrogant arse he is and has angered a lot of fans with his attitude.

Yes he did! He wasn't sacked so obviously, for whatever reason, he decided to leave and therefore left of his own accord, i.e. in agreement with himself.
Doesn't matter how you dress it up, or whatever went on behind the scenes, that is an absolute fact.
Strong rumours that Suzy goes after the Norwich match no matter what the result, and Kevin Blackwell will be appointed. I would favour this move because Blackwell is a good solid manager at this level, similar dare I say it to NP.
No. No, he didn't. Even if you don't know details, the clues are there.Yes he did! He wasn't sacked so obviously, for whatever reason, he decided to leave and therefore left of his own accord, i.e. in agreement with himself.
