Did you mean that Beckford will be leaving or did you mean Beckford is included in a swap deal for Spearing?

I really hope you meant the first thing.

Why do you hope this? Why does it make a difference so long as this cancer eating away at our club is gone?

Yes. I just meant going in ANY direction that was out. Liverpool may be struggling but they are not that desperate!

Fouth Official saying there will be a mass exit at City over next couple of days with Stringer agreeing. SSL to Ipswich and Becks to Huddersfield the main two.

Not saying its true, merely relaying the info and awaits scoopage.

Let them all go.

I honestly couldn't care a fish finger about any player in our team except for Kasper, Vardy, Marshall, Morgan and Knockaert (King would have been up there if not for his crap season last year).

This season is turning into an utter joke.

This club is an utter joke and has been since about 2001. Don't know how anyone could stay sane following Leicester in recent times by taking us seriously.

Oh dear god.. I know everyone has their favourites but seriously? I hope you're frustrated and that you're saying that in your frustration which I'm sure could be echoed by many here, but selling SSL & Beckford would be a backwards step IMO.

SSL in the last third of the season was absolutely outstanding and for me is a mile ahead of Morgan, who I actually think is nothing more than a lump, got himself to the Euro's with Ireland and played well there too.

Beckford hasn't quite lived up to his expectation here, but I think Nige is the man to get the best out of him, it just may take a while. He is a bit of a worse version of Balotelli. Arrogant & thinks he's better than he is but at the end of the day and given enough game time he scores goals.

While I realise that we obviously aren't good enough for whatever reason it is, I leave it to Nige. I don't think these two in particular are players you can afford to be letting go, for probably minimal fees in comparison with their abilities, with such a long season ahead.

Eh? Did you watch Ireland's games in the Euros? Aside from scoring he was awful. Spain absolutely embarrassed him.

If there are genuine replacements for each (not that I think all three are leaving for a minute), none of them would be worth crying over. Footballers come and go, especially bang average ones like these.

Ah-ha!! At least somebody agrees with me. Our current difficulties started shortly after Martin O'Neill kicked the legs from under the board and then ****ed off. I don't know how long I have been saying that.

Exactly my thoughts on our situation.

Why do transfers out now have to be agreed by Ian Stringer?

He's the new manager now Pearson has been sacked and about bloody time too as we've been crying out for someone with an understanding of the game for years.

Have to agree with the posts above too - O'Neill was definitely the worst thing to ever happen to LCFC as many un-named friends have told me for reasons which cannot be posted on here so there.

Really? The most successful period in the club's history? Ok....

Sarcasm my dear, first line should have set the tone for the post. :icon_lol:

Just seems to come up every now and again on here that supposedly, O'Neill wasn't good for the club or did more bad behind the scenes etc but it's all a load of shit and completely null and void giving our success at the time.

I dont doubt that at all.

I also blame him for the ridiculously high standards we have now. We've been out of the Premier League but lord knows how many years now and have rarely looked like getting back. Why We still believe we should be one of the top teams, based purely on expenditure when most sane fans will agree that you really can't buy success, is staggering.
