It doesn't say they have spoken to him, just states they have made 2 offers to Leicester for him, nothing illegal in that.

If they've made 2 formal offers which are on the record Kasper would have to be trying hard to ignore their interest, I still think Peter was just badly quotes or reported but you never know. If the club don't want to sell or their valuation isn't met then he has to honour his contract.

I'm sure he will go but not for the discounted valuation Hull are offering.
