I just hope we don't make our own squad unhappy if we bring in some more players. Competition for places is great but I think there is a fine balance between having good depth to a squad and having too many players which can cause unrest.

Biggest plus of signing Trotter would be the very probable goodbye's to Wellens and Danns. The way I see our centre midfield it is Drinkwater and King or James. Trotter gives the option of dropping Drinky.
