Theres talk of him playing centre midfield in training last week which is were he played for Persepolis. There's also rumours flying about him possibly playing on Saturday, what with him not playing in the reserves last night. Who knows.
 
The eagle has landed.

Possibly not the best phrase to use with the whole big US/Iran thing but I don't know any birds from Iran.

It was a subtle double-meaning heralding my first post on this wonderful forum and also our new Iranian comrade's inclusion in the squad for Saturday. Hopefully he will adapt quickly to Championship football.

This apparenly is the only legendary Iranian bird.

dunno what it is, looks a bit like someones painted a sparrow yellow.
