Percy is only reporting Villa want them, not that we're willing to let them go... Nothing in that article about us letting Amartey go once we've got a new right back. Nothing in there about us waiting on Slimani's future to decide Ulloa's.
I can't see us letting Amartey out on loan.
I'd rather see Ulloa leave than Slimani.

Villa would be a great move for Ulloa. He'd score goals and get regular football but I wouldn't be surprised to see Swansea or Brighton come in for him yet though. In the right setup and given the right set of players around him he could still do a very decent job for those types of teams.
