Tbf to Hamza, he's always done OK for us and if he wants his career to kick on, he needs to be playing regular football as nothing else compares to match experience.

Whilst I think he is one of the weaker members of our squad ability wise, I would think quite of few of the bottom half prem would be interested in him.

Championship loan would be better than being here an not playing though.

Hamza is decent enough. Ndidi is obviously number one and I'd say generally that Mendy just shades it over Hamza on account of he's got a better ability to drive forward with the ball and a bit less of a liability with his discipline..

You can clearly see what Hamza offers in the first goal last night though. Retains possession for us right up the pitch and gets it to Maddison for a quick cross. Obviously Ndidi is more than capable of that but Mendy tends to drop back more.

I'd give him £100-150k, put in an £80m buyout and make it known he is captain when Kasper isn't on the pitch (even ahead of Evans).
Not sure when we had the player who makes the best national team in the world tick. But that's what we've got on our hands now. Champs League football is a must to keep him mid and longer term you'd imagine.

£80m buyout? He's worth more than that already.

I'd be very surprised if he signed anything before the end of this season. He should be playing Champions League football and, if we don't make it again, he'll be off. He's too good for a side that finish in EL places and don't make cup finals.

I suspect that the reports from a few weeks ago that said his agent was touting him around the mega clubs was true. If he doesn't sign a new deal, with two years of his contract left this summer, we'll have to sell him for decent value.

I'd give him whatever he wants tbh, his quality is enough to be up there with our highest earners plus he has age on his side too.

Kind of agree with BN though and I'll be surprised if he does commit to us before we have CL confirmed as he easily has the quality.

Im surprised Liverpool haven't come in for him already as he would be perfect for them but thankfully they are too tight to pay his fee as we certainly shouldn't accept anything less than £100m.

Just remember that January we signed him, that really was the start of our resurgence to challenging the big boys.

Exceptional player and probably in the same category as Wilf & Vardy with regards to how key to the team he is.

Plus I love how you can tell he is another that just loves playing football and winning.

I think he likes us alot. We as a team now need to deliver in order to keep him.
