Sounds like Harry Maguire has rejected the chance to go to Inter Milan on loan.

If we could get him back for c. £25m, I think it would be good business. With Evans, Cags and Amartey all out of contract at the end of the season, we're going to need more than one CB.

We've also been desperately short of leaders in the dressing room since Kasper, Fuchs and Morgan went and whilst Maguire isn't a big enough character to lead the Man U dressing room, he would undoubtedly be a good influence in ours.

No way Man Utd would let him go so cheaply Maguire is stuck there imo, worth taking the piss and bidding 20 million though

I hope a few dominos fall on the outgoing today otherwise we will have some very expensive players not even eligible for the 25 man squad.

Perez, Soyuncu, Praet, Vestergaard, Iversen would be the most likely candidates.

I don't think it's quite that bad. Assuming that we swap Ricardo in for Justin, that is 25 including all the other first team squad registered at the start of September.

I don't think we have to register Kristiansen due to his age. If we end up with Tete and Souttar, we need to move two out.

Lots of noise about Perez and Soyuncu leaving prior to the end of their contracts but we still have Bertrand and someone like Brunt in the 25.

The incredible thing once again this month is our inability to move on players. The horrendous signing and salary decisions made over the last three years will hamper us for years to come.
