Both ring roads are also dual carriageways with 30 limits in large parts.

I shall be soon be bored witless attending a speed awareness course as a result. But it seems fair enough in some ways - where I was caught was a silly place to speed - residential area with limited visibility - especially if you're not paying enough attention to spot the van.
