If you pre-order summat, then you expect to get it on the first day of sale at the very least, if I order from HMV or Amazon then I get it within 2 days of it being despatched....FIVE days later and it's still not here cos Play.com is pants!

New album.
I've already down loaded it last wednesday(ahem) But pre-ordered the Ltd Edition version of the album which will be kept pristine, then I'll buy a proper hard copy at the weekend.
Not the point though, it happens ALL the time with Play, Anything TT I've pre-ordered either comes days late or doesn't turn up, yet if I order it elsewhere it's there on time.
I should learn and not use them for TT stuff......

Not being funny but this is approaching the busiest time of the year for both the suppliers and delivery companies. I've had several items arrive from a variety of companies recently and they've taken between 3 and 7 days.
I've said before that I've found Play to be as good an internet company as there is especially their customer service. And no, I don't work for them.

Don't matter what time of year i buy from Play, same thing happens if it is a TT thing, whether it be album, dvd, single or tour merchandise.
I never have a problem with them on anything else I buy.
And I've ordered TT stuff from other European countries before and they've managed to arrive before the official day of release, so why Play can't fecking manage it ill never understand.
What pisses me off even more is someone I know ordered it satdee night and their copy arrived today!:icon_roll
