A brilliant man who used his profile to both ridicule racism and become a conscientious objector to a stupid war. Oh, what a statesman he could have been. What a world figure he should have been. He could have dwarfed the impact of Mandela or Obama.

However, he was perhaps the greatest example of someone utterly ruined by the appalling effects of boxing and religion. A disgusting 'sport' where damaging the brain is an expressed aim and boy did it succeed with him. And a mind used and twisted to become a puppet for Elijah Mohammed and his absurd drivel.
