I think kisnorbo is being show up a little now. Whilst I think he is an excellent athlete, strong and good in the air I think he lacks the positional sense to be a good defender. As for McAuley, i don't think Ipswich fans are too impressed. Always though a major downfall of his was a distinct lack of pace and mobility.
