As opposed to the cheating, petulance and diving for any number of football players. :icon_razz :icon_eek: ;)
I never said football was without it's faults. ;)
I just hate having them pointed out by someone who think's that their game is for "gentlmen" when it patently isn't.

Besides, Mr H played for about 15 years, man and boy, having grown up in Wales. He knows all the tricks, it's the first thing they teach the 5-6 year olds when they start playing! :icon_eek:

i support the Tigers and i love rugby. yeah people get raked and gouged, but people dive around in Alice bands and try and get people sent off for nothing in footy.

bingo!!! well said darth :icon_wink

i know what you mean i would secretly support them (tiggers) in a cup final as it is a leicester team but all the rugby fans i know would cheer city on if they won a final but mercilessly take the piss if we lost. i remember the day after the swindon final one egg chaser turning up in the pub with his specially made t shirt "blew it army" what a tosser

and im sure some city fans would give great pleasure in mocking tigers fans if they lost a cup final

but thats my point they dont because they pissed off thery lost :icon_roll
and your only saying that as your in rugby league country

you cannot generalise city fans like that some will dish out stick some wont be the same for tigers fans and it doesnt make any difference whether i am in rugby league country or not

We're skint - sell anything to anybody, that's the moto.

Life, eh? :102: :icon_wink

We're a business, sell to local businesses is the motto.

It wouldn't matter if we were skint or not, the majority of Tiger's fans get on with the majority of City fans which is mirrored at the decision making level.

of course it makes a difference it means you like rugby more :icon_roll
the point is .yes in GENERAL :icon_roll that more tigers fans disrespect city than vice versa.and anyway why arent you ironing or something :102::icon_razz

it wouldnt make any difference where i lived i would still like it so thats utter tosh what you said :)

How ironic is it that the supposed "Hooligans" go watch 'Alice band wearing ponces' play football and the "ponces" go and watch the 'fat hairy hooligans' play rugby!

they say that gentleman watch rugby and thugs play it and that thugs watch football and gentleman play it

well i play rugby and watch football

:)

Bec Old Boys, top of Surrey League 3 (well we will be when we win our game in hand)

so your a gentleman thug darth :icon_bigg

i'm an educated thug

;)

i like the agression of playing rugby and i like the passion of the crowds at football games

well at least that's how i got into city, going along to pen 2 and jumping up and down and singing. bit different now, away games are still a good sing song though. home games are more about having a few beers and catching up with mates
