Gray always looks good for the England U21s and against lower league opposition but he's really having trouble 'stepping up' against the tougher opposition in the Premier League.
the England U21 manager has faith in him and gets the best out of him, our manager subs a winger at half time 2 games running then still doesn't start Gray next game, its for Shakespeare to show some faith and confidence in him as much as it is Gray to play the same way he does for Eng u21, knowing he manager has faith and trust in you can make a player much more relaxed and confidentGray always looks good for the England U21s and against lower league opposition but he's really having trouble 'stepping up' against the tougher opposition in the Premier League.

I've just realised I misremember the timing of the subs at Old trafford, had it in my head it was at HTWhen was that?
Isn't there already a similar thread? Is it too early?
No. It's barely soon enoughIs it too early?
They are not the only 7 managers who are available in world football.I'm backing Shakey, you have to look at the options...some managers without a job
How do any of those actually provide an improvement over Shakey
- Alan Pardew
- Sam Alladyce
- David Moyes
- Frank De boer
- Harry Redknapp
- Nigel Pearson
- Ryan Giggs
Have to say I am utterly speechless at the decision to select Slimani and Ulloa together
It seemed a stupid decision for the Sheffield United match, and after how poor Ulloa was in that game I'm amazed he's given it another go.
I would have preferred he tried something different like Gray as a number 10 or even throw in one of the younger strikers like Muske or Gordon. What does he learn from this partnership, baffling.
Falls flat to the ground nowI want a journo who is actually plugged into a brain to properly question him on his selection tonight.
I want to hear the absolute insanity of his answer.
It doesn't really though does it as we were only effective once he came off and Okazaki replaced him.Falls flat to the ground now
Nope but some off...They are not the only 7 managers who are available in world football.
