Doubt it, he would never come to us, we have consistantly finished below many of the teams in this division, I would hazard a guess at Preston or someone similar.

I wasn't aware of any previous failed bids from clubs that were named, so it could be anyone.

I firmly believe it is Reading, or possibly M'boro.

Actually, having read the story again, I think it's nonsense. I have it on good authority that all 24 Championship clubs have names, so this 'unnamed' club doesn't exist.
