Another ex Leicester player who was going to be the next big thing is out of work today as Tommy Wright has his contract cancelled at Aberdeen.

A couple more I can think of are Joachim (Never reached the heights everyone expected) and Neil Lewis. Who else showed promise and never made it??

Considering he is a bumbling donkey who couldn't hit a barn door, Heskey hasn't made a bad career for himself.

Chris O'Grady? Matt Heath? Erm... Stuart Wilson? Stuart Campbell? Danny Thomas?

:tumbleweed:

Jon Ashton, who I thought looked better in the Premier League than he did for us in the Championship. Didn't stay too long. Had a decent throw on him.

Martin Reeves, Ricky Sappleton (!!!) and Eric Odiambo.

James Wesolowski?

Chris O'Grady is the one for me. In my opionion i'm not sure he was given a fair crack. I'd like to have seen him given a run in the side as he looked like he had the right make up for a striker.

I know people will say he has found his level at Rochdale where he is banging them in now but i have a feeling he'll go higher than that and maybe reach championship level.

I agree.

There is not much difference between league 2 and 1 so he should score a lot in league one to be honest, the step up to the Championship is a bit bigger but Fryatt has scored eleven in it so anything is possible.

Norman Leet....Captained the England U16's but was probably the worst player I have seen in a Leicester shirt in 35 years of watching them
